🔍 Explore the Workflow 3 min

▶️ Test It 2 min

Click the big "Test Workflow" button (top-right). Watch mock customer data flow through the nodes in real-time. See the AI's response appear.

It just... worked. An entire process ran in 3 seconds.

✏️ Change the AI's Personality 5 min

Click on the purple AI node. Find the text box labeled "System Prompt". Edit the English text — for example:

"You are a senior private banking advisor. Always address clients as 'Dear valued client'. Never discuss fees without manager approval."

Click Test Workflow again. See the difference!

You just reprogrammed an AI by typing a sentence. No code. 🤯

🔀 Add a Business Rule 5 min

Drag an "IF" block from the left sidebar into your workflow. Connect it. Set the condition using dropdown menus:

IF category equals "complaint" → route to manager
IF category equals "general" → auto-respond

You added decision logic by clicking a dropdown. Anyone could do this.

🎯 Try Different Scenarios 5 min

Type different customer messages in the test panel and see how the AI handles them:

  • A loan inquiry
  • A card dispute (urgent!)
  • A compliment from a happy customer
  • A regulatory question
It handles completely different requests intelligently — and you can see WHY

🏆 Challenge Round 5 min

A customer who is BOTH complaining AND asking about a new product. How should your AI handle it? Discuss with your partner and adjust the workflow!
